I am pleased to inform you that our efforts to include (for the first time) the proceedings of the IcETRAN conference in the IEEE Xplore global digital library have succeeded!
As a result, IcETRAN has grown into a top international conference, side by side with the most famous in the field of electrical engineering and computing.
A total of 66 papers have expressed their desire and they are now visible through IEEE Xplore. I hope it will soon appear in Scopus and Web of Science.
I congratulate you and express my great gratitude for all the effort.
