Authors of the Keynote and invited papers or lectures, special session organizers (with at least 6 papers), round table or panel session organizers, and young researchers award recipients at the previous conference are exempt from payment of the registration fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the young researcher registration fee, proof from the academic institution and date of birth should be submitted during registration. The young researcher’s registration fee is valid if he\/she is the first author of the paper and personally presents the paper at the conference. The young researcher registration fee is valid only for one paper at the ETRAN or IcETRAN conferences. For the second and more papers, a regular fee will be applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By paying the registration fee, the participant acquires the right to participate in the work of the conference, including accompanying events, a book of abstracts, a name badge, and access to the online proceedings on the conference website. The paid registration fee includes the annual membership fee for the Society for ETRAN. Only presented papers will be included in the proceedings!<\/strong> ETRAN and IcETRAN\u00a0(non-IEEE Xplore) conference papers will be available through the ETRAN\/IcETRAN 2026 conference website, while IcETRAN 2026 – IEEE Xplore papers are published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Papers in the IEEE Xplore receive a DOI number and a special ISSN number, provided that the IEEE Copyright form is signed. ETRAN\/IcETRAN proceedings (non-IEEE Xplore) will have an editor, pagination, and an ISSN number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0[1] A young researcher is defined as a student of academic graduate, master’s and doctoral studies whose age in 2026 does not exceed 25, 27, 35 years, respectively.
