Only results not published or presented previously are acceptable. Besides the papers covering the fields of interest of particular sections of the Conferences, authors are encouraged to submit papers dedicated to education in the topics of interest for the sections of the two co-located conferences.<br \/>\nThe authors are invited to submit papers from the field of nanoscience and nanotechnologies for the 15 th annual Nanotechnology Workshop nanoETRAN to be held within the framework of the Microelectronics and Optoelectronics Section (MO).<br \/>\nStudents of undergraduate studies are invited and will be stimulated to submit papers to be considered for presentation at a separate student section.<br \/>\nThe detailed instructions for camera-ready manuscripts are on the IcETRAN conference site. The MS Word (*.docx) template can be used.
